With a foundational academic background in Accounting from Delhi University and based in Austin, Texas, Sam has spent her career bridging the gap between strategic operational scaling and technology integrations. Throughout her career, she has engineered highly scalable BPO back-offices that processed millions of transactions for Tier 1 U.S. mortgage institutions while maintaining strict compliance with CFPB and state laws.
Beyond her executive leadership, Sam is a passionate advocate for women in technology and mortgage finance. She actively mentors female entrepreneurs globally, striving to open new avenues of career advancement in the financial technology sector.
